Some of our most effective food supplements have been subject to clinical trials to prove their efficacy. It seems strange therefore that the FDA is targeting these particular supplements and trying to reduce their availability. Southend Lights Up

Amending the herbal directive.

There is now very encouraging news for anyone involved in the supply and use of natural medicines.
The European Directive on herbal medicines was due to come in to force in April 2011. The legislation, which could mean the withdrawal of thousands of products from the market place, is largely based on pharmaceutical  criteria for over-the-counter medicines.
